Question 1: Do the lights turn on automatically, or do you have to turn the lights on manually every time you use them?
Answer 1: There is a switch on the pole that turns the lights on and off.

Question 2: How do I “untilt” the umbrella?
Answer 2: Hold the silver button in while pushing the arm up slowly. It's sort of heavy, but just keep the button pushed in while lifting.

Question 3: Something was defective or damaged.
Answer 3: Please let us know and provide us with the damaged photos. We will resend you suitable replacements.

Question 4: Does this umbrella include a weighted base?
Answer 4: No, it does not include any base. We recommend you purchase a weighted base more than 44lbs individually.

Question 5: How does this umbrella stand up to strong winds?
Answer 5: Bad weather such as strong winds, thunderstorms, and rainstorms are not recommended.
